Catherine Tran is a business leader, TEDx speaker, and passionate advocate for Vietnam’s cultural heritage and global engagement. She currently serves as Chairwoman of Women in Business, a sector committee under the Singapore Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam.
Deeply committed to empowering the next generation, Catherine is a career mentor at RMIT University in Saigon and an occasional lecturer at Yersin University in Dalat.
She holds an Executive Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) in Leadership from TBS Education-France and an Executive MBA-RMIT Vietnam. As the Co-Founder of LEONG LEE INT’L LTD and an entrepreneur with multiple ventures across Vietnam, Catherine brings valuable insights into leadership, diversity, and sustainable business practices.
Derek Kunhee Kim is a U.S.-licensed attorney (New York, Texas) based in Seoul, South Korea, specializing in intellectual property law and cross-border transactions. With a global perspective and a creator-first approach, Derek empowers artists, innovators, and entrepreneurs to protect and monetize their work across borders. His legal practice spans the U.S., Asia, and beyond, advising clients in entertainment, fashion, and digital media on how to secure their creative assets in an increasingly interconnected world. Derek has worked closely with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) — a specialized agency of the United Nations — on multiple international initiatives to raise awareness of intellectual property rights in the digital age. His work emphasizes not only legal protection but also the strategic role of IP as a tool for purpose-driven innovation and sustainable creative careers. As a keynote speaker at the Global Creators Festival, Derek will deliver a powerful address titled “Securing Creativity: Intellectual Property as a Pillar of Purpose-Driven Innovation.” His talk will unpack how IP is not just a legal necessity, but a critical foundation for ensuring creators thrive, scale, and lead with purpose in the global creator economy.
Adele Doan is one of Vietnam’s most influential digital voices, currently ranked the #1 LinkedIn Creator in Vietnam(Favikon, June 2024), with a rapidly growing community of over 85,000 followers. As the Founder and Community Builder of LinkedIn Blue Ocean, she leads a vibrant community of over 150 members focused on leveraging LinkedIn as a powerful platform for growth, authenticity, and opportunity. A respected speaker and trainer, Adele has delivered keynotes and talks at TEDx, the Asian Hustle Network, and over 100 live events with audiences ranging from 50 to 500 participants. She has also facilitated more than 50 webinars and workshops focused on personal branding, LinkedIn strategy, and career development. In addition to her speaking engagements, Adele has worked closely with leading organizations such as Techcombank, AIA, and Lenovo, delivering corporate training sessions on building executive presence and influence through LinkedIn. Mark Ocampo is an award-winning creative and visionary with over two decades of experience in entertainment, advertising, and digital storytelling. Currently serving as the Chief Imagination Officer at Trinity Group, he is at the forefront of pioneering work that spans across multimedia platforms — from immersive event experiences to cutting-edge content in the digital space. As a festival creator, music video director, and creative strategist, Mark’s portfolio includes projects that have not only defined brands but have also shaped cultural narratives across Southeast Asia. He has earned multiple accolades, including honors at the BSI Awards 2024 and has played a central role in prestigious events such as the Vietnam International Defence Expo and the Flavors Awards 2024, co-organized by Mastercard and Vietcetera. Mark’s keynote, "Purpose at the Core: Vietnam, Southeast Asia, and Asia’s Influence in the Global Creator Economy", will explore how creativity rooted in culture, identity, and regional purpose is driving Asia’s rising influence in the global entertainment and digital media industries. His insights will highlight Vietnam's powerful role in shaping the next wave of global storytelling, innovation, and creator-led movements.
Pamela Wildheart Pilapil is a multi-awarded Filipina personality based in Singapore, known for her dynamic presence across media, music, education, and global communications. A celebrated recording artist, concert performer, and songwriter, Pamela has captivated audiences across Asia with her powerful stage presence and signature voice. Her voice has soared across borders—literally—as the star of 13 inflight radio programs for global airlines including Singapore Airlines, Emirates, PAL, Cathay Pacific, and Saudi Arabian Airlines, among others and former Head of Programmes at HEART 91.3 FM Singapore, Pamela has shared stages and interviews with global icons from Kurt Cobain, Julio Iglesias, Cyndi Lauper, David Beckham, and Tom Jones, among many others. With a Master’s in Mass Communication from Macquarie University and a teaching portfolio that spans James Cook University and leading institutions across Asia, she bridges entertainment and education through powerful storytelling and training. She has held senior marketing roles at top Singapore attractions like Singapore Zoo, Jurong BirdPark, and Night Safari, where she led advertising, international PR, fundraising, and tourism marketing initiatives. Her academic credentials—an MBA, training in neuroscience, and multiple coaching certifications—support her evidence-based and highly practical approach to leadership and personal development. My is fluent in English, French, Vietnamese, and Japanese, and have lived in France, New Zealand, Hong Kong, China, Japan and Vietnam. She integrates this unique multicultural insight into her work, helping organizations and leaders build bridges across borders, cultures, and perspectives. Through innovative tools like LEGO® Serious Play®, she facilitates workshops that unlock creativity, collaboration, and communication in diverse teams. Recognizing a growing disconnect between Vietnamese communities abroad and their homeland, My founded VK Nữ, a dynamic global network that now spans 16 chapters across 8 countries. The community serves as a powerful platform for empowering Vietnamese women worldwide, offering mentorship, support, and connection rooted in shared heritage and forward-thinking leadership.
